1. Returns for Online Orders

a) Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 10 days of receipt.

We will replace the product free of charge.

b) Wrong Product or Quantity

If you receive the wrong product or quantity:

  • Return it according to our instructions,

  • We cover return shipping costs,

  • We will send the correct item immediately.

c) Defective Product Upon Delivery

If the product does not function properly:

  • Return it within 10 days,

  • Include original packaging and proof of purchase,

  • We will either:
    ✔ replace the item, or
    ✔ refund your payment via the original payment method.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • Send us a written statement or email,

  • Return the product within 14 days,

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
After inspection, refunds are processed within 14 days.

 If the product is used or not in perfect condition, the return will not be accepted.
